If you're having trouble selecting the correct variant on your iPhone or iPad your iOS version may be out of date. Follow these steps to solve the issue:

Check your iOS Version:

1. From your device's home screen, open the 'Settings' app
2. Go to 'General'
3. Go to 'About'
4. Look for 'Version'
5. Is your 'Version' number less than 10?
6. If so, proceed to Update your iOS Version
7. If your 'Version' number is above 10, and you're still having trouble, install Google Chrome from the App Store and use that instead

 

Update your iOS Version:

1. From your device's home screen, open the 'Settings' app
2. Go to 'General'
3. Go to 'Software Update'
4. Let it check for an update
5. When ready, install the update
6. Once installed, ensure your version is above 10
7. Once confirmed, try adding your product in Safari again
8. If you're still having trouble, proceed to Turning off Javascript

 

Turning off Javascript:

1. From your device's home screen, open the 'Settings' app
2. Go to 'Safari'
3. Go to 'Advanced' at the bottom
4. Make sure 'Javascript' switch is switched off
5. From your device's home screen, open the 'Safari' app and go to cascadebeauty.co.za
6. Complete your purchase as usual
7. Once done, go back and switch 'Javascript' on again
