Is there a minimum amount I need to spend to redeem my Cascade Loyalty Points?
Yes, you need to spend a minimum of R200 to be able to redeem your Cascade Loyalty Points rewards.
How to I redeem my loyalty points?
On the Website (www.cascadebeauty.co.za):
- Make sure you are logged in. To login go to https://cascadebeauty.co.za/account/login
- Click on the "Get Rewards" button in the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
- Click on "Your Rewards", select a reward, and then click "Apply code". Your discount will be applied when you checkout.
On the Cascade App:
- Make sure you are logged in. To login, open the menu in the top-left and tap on Account.
- Open your cart from the top-right or by adding an item to your cart.
- Tap on the rewards icon in the top-right of the cart page.
- Select a reward from the list (you can slide the rewards to the left to see more options) and tap on Redeem Reward. Your discount will be applied to your cart.
How do I earn my Cascade Loyalty Points?
First, make sure you are logged in: https://cascadebeauty.co.za/account/login or on the Account tab on the Cascade App.
If you don't have an account yet, sign up at https://cascadebeauty.co.za/account/register
You earn 5% of your spend back as Cascade Loyalty Points whenever you purchase something on the store.
You can also earn once-off points if you like us on Facebook, share us on Facebook, or follow us on Instagram. Click on the Get Rewards button in the bottom left of the site and click on Ways to Earn to access these rewards.
We'll also gift you some points every year on your birthday :)
Do my Cascade Loyalty Points Expire?
Points earned through spending on our store, referring friends, liking or sharing on social media or received as birthday gifts do NOT expire, but if Cascade Loyalty Points are given with promotions or any other campaign please always check the T's & C's of those promotions to see if there is an expiry date.
