Shipping Rates

You can pre-calculate the available shipping rates, based on your postal code, on the cart page.

Shipping Times

For orders shipped inside of South Africa, relevant shipping times will be quoted to you where you select your shipping option.

For orders shipped outside of South Africa, shipping times are dependent on your country, but should arrive within a few days to three weeks.

Please note, these shipping times are calculated from the day the order is fulfilled, and not from the day the order is placed. Also, please note that the above times are a guideline only and may vary based on various factors out of our control.

Additional Fees

Additional shipping fees may be incurred if the contents of your order exceeds a certain weight or volumetric size, or if your domestic customs authority requires an additional tax payment.
